Casa Suenos has two queen beds (with new mattresses) and a blow up mattress, if required.  The house has two full bathrooms.  The fully equipped kitchen has a full sized (new) refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, etc.  Everything you need for the perfect vacation in paradise!

Casa Suenos has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.  Linens and towels are provided--you need only bring your personal items.

At the beachfront private pool there is an umbrella table with chairs where you can sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise and plan another day.  Grab a good book and a chaise lounge and work on your tan or take a dip in the refreshing pool.   Poolside is a great spot relax with a cool drink at the end of your day while you ponder your evening meal.   There is a charcoal barbeque by the pool so it will be your decision whether you grill up the fresh fish or shrimp you bought at the market earlier in the day, or dine out at any one of many very good restaurants in nearby Bucerias or in La Cruz. 

There is off street parking for one vehicle and although it would be handy to have a car, a vehicle is not absolutely necessary as the bus stop is a three block walk (up a small hill) from the house.  The bus will take you into Bucerias in about 5 minutes or further south into downtown Puerto Vallarta in about 30 to 40 minute, depending on where you want to go.  Travelling in the other direction, La Cruz is a 5 minute bus ride away and the beach at Destillados is 15 minutes away, and Punta de Mita is 30 minutes (by bus or car).  The bus travelling north will take you to Sayulita or San Pacho (San Francisco) in about 20 minutes.

You can easily walk along the beach into Bucerias in about 20 to 30 minutes.  Part way along, you can cut up to a residential road, trimming a few minutes off the walk.  Taxis are available from Bucerias or La Cruz and the taxi fare to either destination would be about $5.00 US. 

Bucerias has many very good restaurants and some shopping and a wonderful Sunday Market.  The village of La Cruz has several very good restaurants, some shopping and a Wednesday market.  The new, luxurious 400 boat slip Marina Riviera Nayarit is now complete and is located in La Cruz and you can purchase fresh fish from stalls at the marina or have a tasty meal at the Yacht Club Restaurant or enjoy the sunset and the spectacular view from the Sky Bar above the restaurant. 

There are several small mini-supers (grocery stores) in Bucerias and La Cruz.  There is a new Mega supermarket about 10 minutes south of the house and a new Wal-Mart (with a large grocery department) opened recently about 15 minutes south of the house.  No need to go to downtown Puerto Vallarta for food and groceries which means you have more time to relax around the pool!

Our English/Spanish speaking local property managers live in nearly La Cruz and will meet you when you arrive and will answer any questions you might have. 

Care to book a fishing, snorkelling or sightseeing trip around the Bay of Banderas?  Our friend, Jesus will be happy to accommodate you and if you like, for an additional nominal fee, he and his wife will cook up your catch of the day (or any other meal) in the comfort of Casa Suenos.  We can also help you arrange for an onsite massage, facial, manicure and/or pedicure -- all at very reasonable prices. 

Casa Suenos offers mid week maid service and end of stay cleaning.  The gardener and pool man come three days a week, thereby keeping the pool and gardens at Casa Suenos in pristie condition.

To Reserve:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the house within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date.  (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.)

A refundable security/damage deposit of $250.00 US is due with the final payment and will be returned within 14 days of departure, after inspection of the casa for damage or breakage of items. 

We accept cashier's cheques, money orders, or bank drafts for the initial deposit. The final payment (and security/damage deposit) must be made by cashiers' cheque, money order, bank draft or bank wire transfer--please inquire about details.  If you live in Canada, payment can be made by direct bank deposit.  We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A telephone deposit of $100.00 US is payable to the Property Manager upon arrival at Casa Suenos if you plan to use the telephone for long distance calls.  The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 14 business days of receipt of the final telephone bill.  As long distance calls are very expensive from Mexico it is suggested you have your friends and family call you if necessary. 

The occupancy of the Casa is limited to the persons indicated on your invoice.  Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: As Casa Suenos is a non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please.  We are sorry, but pets are not allowed at Casa Suenos.
